2. Repair Policy: Parts and Labor are at no charge for all hospitals that purchase paper labels from MED-LABEL, INC. However, all hospitals pay ($15.00) for the shipping, packaging and insurance to send the repaired label gun back to the hospital.
3. No Repair will be executed without a valid purchase order [PO] for a total of $15.00 covering the shipping, handling, and insurance for returning the label gun or guns back to the hospital.
4. All label guns coming in for repair must have a roll of labels loaded into the label gun so the labels and label gun can be checked together for optimal performance.
